Science and Reading

This morning we went to playgroup at the park.  When we got home we ate lunch.  Luke and Isabel wrote down their observations of their moldy bread experiment and they then watched a Bill Nye the Science Guy about plants.  Afterward we had a plant experiment.  We put some celery into a glass of water with red food coloring in it and later saw the red water inside the celery. Next we had reading time.  We all got out our pillows and blankets and flopped on the floor with our own books.  Isabel listened to books on tape.
